What the unlock fee buys

The fee gives you the employer’s contact details and a direct way to apply for one job (or several, with a pack). It does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or a visa. Selection is always the employer’s decision.

Refunds

We refund in full if, within 7 days of unlocking, you report — and we confirm — that the employer was fake, could not be reached, or the vacancy had already closed when you paid. See the refund policy.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure and never share the code — PakiNaukri staff will never ask you for it.

What we store

Your name, mobile number, the jobs you unlock, payment references and any documents you upload. Documents are stored privately and are never shown publicly. We do not store card numbers or wallet PINs — the payment provider handles those.

Who sees your data

Only our team, to run the service and handle refunds. We don’t sell your data. If you send your CV to an employer, that employer receives it directly from you.

Fair use

Employer contact details are for applying to the job only. Sharing them publicly or reselling them leads to account closure without refund.
